The commercial terms that apply when you buy an export vehicle from Xin Che Hang — quotations, inspection scope, warranty, Incoterms, payment and documents.

These terms apply to sales by Xin Che Hang (Beijing) Automobile Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code 91110114MA7JGYCDXR) to overseas buyers. Where a signed sales contract says something different, the signed contract wins. Our full process is described on How We Work.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote itself and are subject to the vehicle still being unsold. Prices are quoted in USD unless the quote says otherwise. Freight, insurance, destination duties and taxes are included only where the quoted Incoterm says so — see EXW vs FOB vs CIF.
Every vehicle is sold as a used vehicle. Before loading it passes our 158-point inspection, and we issue the written report, photographs and walk-around video for that unit. Mileage is recorded as read at the time of inspection. You may appoint an independent inspector to re-check the vehicle at our facility before shipment; we support this and it is the strongest protection available to a remote buyer — see how to verify a Chinese exporter.
Standard cover is 6 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first, counting from the date the vehicle is handed over. It covers the items listed in the inspection report as passing and excludes wear items, consumables, damage in transit after risk has transferred, and any fault caused by misuse or by local repair work. Your sales contract is the authoritative statement of cover for your unit.
We trade on EXW, FOB and CIF. On EXW you collect the vehicle in Beijing and handle everything downstream. On FOB we deliver it onto the vessel at the agreed Chinese port. On CIF we pay freight and insurance to your destination port. Payment schedule, currency and bank details are stated on the proforma invoice; we do not accept payment into accounts other than those named there.
We issue the sales contract, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and the per-vehicle Chinese export licence required for the car to leave China. The full list is explained in what documents you receive.
Risk passes at the point defined by the agreed Incoterm. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees — see shipping times by route. Where we arrange insurance, the policy terms govern any transit claim.
Each destination sets its own age limits, conformity programmes and duties — SONCAP in Nigeria, KEBS/PVOC in Kenya, SABER/SASO in Saudi Arabia, GCC/ESMA in the UAE, EAC in Russia and Kazakhstan. Confirming that the vehicle you order can be registered in your country is your responsibility. We will tell you what we know about a market, and our export markets and import guides pages set out what we have published, but the final check is yours.
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control — port closure, strike, war, sanctions, epidemic, or a change in the export or import rules of either country. We will tell you promptly and work with you on a revised plan.
Our liability on any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost resale profit, registration delay or duty changes in your market. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Chinese law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first; failing that, they are submitted to the competent court in Beijing. Questions? 标准质保为自交车之日起 6 个月或 1 万公里，以先到者为准。 质保范围限于检测报告中判定合格的部件，不涵盖易损件与耗材、风险转移后运输途中造成的损坏， 以及因使用不当或当地维修导致的故障。具体承保范围以您的销售合同为准。
我司采用 EXW、FOB 与 CIF 三种贸易术语。EXW 为买家在北京自提并承担后续全部环节； FOB 为我司将车辆交付至约定中国港口船上；CIF 为我司承担至目的港的运费与保险。 付款节奏、币种与银行账户以形式发票为准；我司不接受向该发票以外的账户付款。
我司提供销售合同、商业发票、装箱单、提单、原产地证， 以及车辆出中国境所需的单车出口许可证。完整清单见 买车后能拿到哪些单证。
风险在所用贸易术语约定的时点转移。运输时间为预估，不构成承诺，参见 各航线运输时效。 由我司安排保险时，运输途中的索赔以保单条款为准。
各目的国自行规定车龄限制、合规认证与税费——尼日利亚 SONCAP、肯尼亚 KEBS/PVOC、 沙特 SABER/SASO、阿联酋 GCC/ESMA、俄罗斯与哈萨克斯坦 EAC。确认所购车辆能在您所在国登记上牌，是买家的责任。 我司会告知已知的市场要求，出口市场与 进口指南页面载明了我司已公开的信息，但最终核验由买家完成。
任何一方对超出其合理控制范围的事件所导致的延误不承担责任， 包括港口关闭、罢工、战争、制裁、疫情，以及双方任一国家出口或进口规则的变化。我司将及时告知并协商调整方案。
我司对任一订单的责任以该订单金额为上限， 不对间接或后果性损失负责，包括转售利润损失、上牌延误或您所在市场税率变动。 中国法律不允许限制的责任，不在本条限制之内。
