158-point inspection
Inspection covers: exterior, structure, engine, transmission, chassis, electronics, OBD diagnostics, odometer authenticity, interior and tires. Findings are issued as a bilingual PDF, and the inspection can be re-verified by a third-party inspector at our facility on buyer request.
Certification & customs paperwork
We handle: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and the Chinese used-car export license. For GCC destinations we also arrange SASO / SABER; for Russia / KZ we arrange EAC; for Nigeria SONCAP; for Kenya KEBS.
Container loading
3 to 6 vehicles in a 40HQ container depending on body type (3 for large SUVs, up to 6 for sedans). Container seal numbers are recorded and shared with the buyer. Mixed-model loads are supported.
Shipping options
Ro-Ro vessel, 40HQ container, China-Europe Railway Express (to Russia / Central Asia), and dedicated overland trucking to Central Asia via Khorgos. Trade terms available: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP — or a mix depending on the buyer.
After-sales & warranty
Standard overseas warranty: 6 months or 10,000 km on core components. Major issues reported within 7 days of arrival at destination port are eligible for replacement or refund. Spare parts can be air-freighted from China within 48 hours on request.
