How to order, what it costs, how long it takes, and what we guarantee.
How do I place an order? What is the process?

- Confirm the model, specification, quantity and freight — or nominate your own forwarder.
- We issue a proforma invoice covering every line item.
- Pay a 30% deposit. Preparation starts here and takes 20 working days, depending on specification and quantity.
- Pay the balance once the vehicle is ready; we book the shipment.
- We track the cargo and notify you before arrival so you can clear customs.
A standard sales contract covers the entire process. Xin Che Hang (Beijing) Automobile Co., Ltd. is registered with China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) as a used-car export enterprise — filing approved 15 September 2026, valid through 14 September 2027, verifiable on the MOFCOM business system unified platform under Unified Social Credit Code 91110114MA7JGYCDXR — and our founder Yu Xiaolong has spent more than 12 years in the Chinese used-car industry.
What do you sell? Can vehicles be customised?

Genuine pre-owned vehicles sourced from reputable brands and manufacturers. Customisation is possible against your performance requirements, including special requests. Share the specification before we confirm the order.
What is your minimum order quantity, and what do your price terms include?

There is no minimum — a single vehicle is enough. Our FOB price covers the vehicle cost only; if you do not have your own forwarder, tell us your nearest port and we will quote CIF including freight.
Which payment methods and terms do you accept?

Standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit with the balance before shipment (T/T or sight L/C). Other workable terms include T/T, L/C, D/P and O/A.
What is your lead time?

20 working days to prepare and book the shipment after the deposit is received; it varies slightly by model and is fixed by the date your order is confirmed. Sea freight is additional — our standard door-to-port cycle is 45 days.
How do you guarantee vehicle quality, and what after-sales support do you provide?

Experienced technicians inspect every vehicle before shipment: we confirm details with you, verify all information, double-check the unit and run a final check before loading. The inspection covers 158 points, of which 38 are core items — engine, transmission, chassis, body panels, electronics and brakes. After sales: lifetime technical support by phone, email and WhatsApp, competitively priced spare parts, a 6-month or 10,000 km warranty on core components, and a 7-day return window at the arrival port for major issues.
Do you provide a condition report? Are vehicles free from major accident, flood or fire damage?

Every vehicle ships with a bilingual condition report issued by a CMA-accredited third-party inspection body, with inspection data independently verified. All vehicles are screened to be free of major accident, flood or fire damage. If an independent inspection at the destination port confirms, within 7 days of arrival, that the vehicle's actual condition materially differs from the pre-shipment report, we refund the full vehicle price — freight, insurance and destination-port charges are excluded and governed by the sales contract.
For bulk purchases, can you apply uniform vehicle standards or match specifications?

Yes, for orders of 10 units or more. Set the standard — age (≤3 years), mileage (≤100,000 km) and condition grade (Grade A) — or unify interior colour, add a reversing camera and upgrade tyre specification. The specification plan is confirmed 15 working days in advance.
